Here at Montana Jack's, we believe in getting your order out as fast as we can. We stock most of our product offerings right here in our Great Falls, Montana warehouse, and we try to ship same day on most orders up to 3:00 pm Mountain Time. Some items (such as snow plows) that take longer to prepare for shipment may not make same day. Orders later in the day can possibly still be shipped same day under special circumstances, please call to see if we can accommodate your needs.
NEED IT FAST? We do offer overnight and second day delivery on most items. Shipping options and charges available at checkout before finalizing order. Orders received before 2:00 pm Mountain time will ship same day (some larger items excepted). Some days we can even make this happen up to a bit after 4:00 pm, call us and we'll let you know if it's possible.
We do dropship a small number of our products, these usually ship within two days. If you need it in a hurry, please call to verify handling time. We can also dropship any product offered by WARN industries if it's an item we don't normally carry, or if we're simply out of stock.
Transit times vary, depending on your location and the size and weight of the product, most items under 1 lb. are shipped by 1st Class Mail. Items 1 lb. to @10 lbs may ship USPS Priority or FedEx (Ground or SmartPost), and most items over 10 lbs will ship FedEx (Ground or SmartPost).
Montana Jack's Free Shipping Offer applies to all orders over $35 within the contiguous United States (lower 48) unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items over 150 lb. would typically require delivery by a freight carrier.
NOTE: We have had several incorrect product weights, resulting in inflated shipping rates on some items under $35.00. If the calculated rate seems out of line, please call & we'll adjust it. We are trying to locate and fix all of these, but may have missed some.
Everyone knows that there really is no such thing as ‘free shipping’. All ‘free shipping’ means is that we’ve ‘built-in’ the cost of shipping into the product prices. With that being noted, if you want to return a product for a reason that is not our responsibility, we may charge up to a 20% re-stocking fee. The returns must also be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. If you have any questions before you buy, do not hesitate to call. We want to make sure you know exactly what you'll be getting so you'll be happy with it when it arrives.
