HOW TO FIND AN ITEM
From the home page of the store, there are a few ways to find what you want:
The home page has direct links to different categories of merchandise, and sometimes to individual items.
Our store is searchable. Look for the Product Search Box in the top left corner and enter the word or words you are looking
for.
You may enter the name of the item or even the part number you are looking for to get the best results.
CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
If you are not comfortable ordering through our website, our staff is always happy to assist you by telephone.

HOW TO PURCHASEPurchasing from Montana Jack’s is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your information is
protected. For every orderable item, there will be an ADD ITEM Button. Just click ADD ITEM on the product you would like to
add to your shopping cart.
Think of it like browsing through your local supermarket, and when you see an item you would like, you click ADD ITEM and
this button adds the item to your Your Cart. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to purchasing it.
After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping.
You can put as many items as you would like in your shopping basket. When you're finished and want to place the order just
click the blue CHECK OUT button and you are on your way.

CHECK OUT HELP:
In order to protect your information, we require that you sign
up for an account with Montana Jack’s. When you click CHECK OUT
you will be presented with two options:
To fill out your information to create a NEW ACCOUNT.
Or to login if you have already created an account.
HOW TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT:
When you have chosen the items you would like to purchase simply click the CHECK OUT button. Once you have done this, you
will see a few empty boxes with questions, like First and Last name, phone number etc. Fill in your information here.
* Please note, if all fields of the information have been completed, next time you return to this store, your information
will be in memory and you can simply log in.
NOTE: Only customers with both an EMAIL and PASSWORD can check their ORDER STATUS.
You will also see two boxes about passwords. It will look similar to the description below.
Simply create a password that you will use only for our site.This password will be used to protect your account, as well as
help you keep track of your order during UPS shipping.
Can’t think of a password? Here are some tips
Don't Use:
Any part of your name - first, last, or middle
Your initials
Your social security number
Names of friends, family, or pets
Birthdays
Phone numbers or addresses
Any other personal information that could be guessed
Place names
Words from the English dictionary
Words from a foreign dictionary
Your username or login name
Your computer's name
Repetition of the same letter
Sequences of keyboard keys, such as "e;12345"e; or "e;qwerty"e;
Any minor variation of the above, such as spelling backwards or appending a character to the end of your name
Do Use:
Special characters (*!$+) mixed with letters and numbers
Mixed upper- and lower-case letters - putting capitals in random locations throughout a password is effective
Punctuation characters mixed with letters and numbers
Nonsense words that are easy to pronounce but aren't in any dictionary
Six or more characters
HINT:A good way to choose a secure but easily remembered password is to use the first character of each word in a phrase.
For instance, "e;Asb*Mf"e; stands for "e;April showers bring May flowers"e;; the asterisk in the middle is included for extra
security. (Don't use this password!)
Please keep your password private!
Once you have filled out the details click the NEXT STEP button at the bottom of your screen. Here is where you choose the
shipping address that you would like your new accessories or products delivered to.
If you click the NEXT STEP button you will be given shipping methods to choose from. Choose your option and then click the
NEXT STEP button again.
Now you will see a credit/debit card information screen, simply enter your credit/debit card information and click NEXT STEP.
Now you will be at a final screen that gives you all the details of your order and lets you check your information. Once you
are happy with it, click the place order button. AND PRESTO!
You have just created an account and placed an order.
WHAT IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT?
HOW TO LOG IN:
If you are a previous Montana Jack's customer, but haven't ordered through our new web site, it is necessary to create a new
account. (if you need help scroll up and see information above about creating a new account)
This is a one time requirement and only takes a few minutes.
If you already have an account, at the first screen you see when you click the Check Out button, there is a link that says,
“Click here to login”. (Click on the link to login) You will be asked for your e-mail address and your password. When you log
in with your user name and password our system remembers all of your information, with the exception of your credit/debit
card number.
