Montana Jacks ATV Outpost and Supply wants you to be 100% satisfied with the purchase of our products and will give you a full 30 days to examine your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the full purchase price after its return and inspection to us. (See conditions for returns below) All orders must be prepaid before shipment. Customer pays all shipping costs, unless otherwise noted. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds
To return a product, please call toll free 1-877-463-2344 for a return authorization number from Montana Jacks BEFORE returning your merchandise. You will be instructed on how to ship your order.

          DAMAGED PRODUCT: Please call for a return authorization number. Damages due to defective product or shipper damage will be returned to us via a "call tag" that we will issue to you. If damaged via shipping - refund will not be granted until the shipper has ample time to inspect the package and complete their insurance process. We do not accept damaged product returns after 30 days.

ALL refunds are paid by check, issued to the customer name on the credit card used in the original purchase.

          ALL OTHER RETURNS: We do not accept product returns after 30 days. Customer MUST call for a return authorization number prior to shipping product back. Product(s) must be returned in merchantable condition (there can be no evidence of installation or usage, we must to be able to re-sell product(s) as new). Products must be in the original packaging with all the instructions (manuals, etc), hardware and with a copy of your original invoice .

Sorry: We cannot accept returns on Special Orders or Electrical Products.

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost on returned items. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
