This item creates an anchor point for a winch cable or rope to be attached to the Warn plow safely. It uses a J bolt for attachment that will bend straight when to much lifting force is applied. This will protect the plow, ATV chassis, winch line, and winch in the event of over-lifting. It comes complete with one spare J bolt.
